Business Readiness Hub (Registration number available on request), trading as Business Readiness Hub, of available on written request via email, is the responsible party collecting the personal information described below.

- Business profile information you enter.
- Quick Assessment and Comprehensive Assessment answers.
- Assistance-request and funding-support request information.
- Records of consent, and technical information required for platform security and operation.

- To register and authenticate your account.
- To calculate your readiness scores and generate your reports and action plans.
- To respond to your assistance and funding-support requests.
- To send operational communications about the services you have requested.
- To comply with our legal obligations and to keep the platform secure.
4. Whether providing information is mandatory
Some information is mandatory to provide the service you have requested (for example, an email address is needed to create an account). Where information is voluntary, this will be indicated. If you choose not to provide mandatory information, we may be unable to complete the related request.
5. Who may receive your information
Personal information may be processed by our trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database services and operational email delivery. These providers act on our instructions and are contractually required to keep the information confidential.

7. Cross-border processing
