3. A score of 100 does not guarantee outcomes
- A score of 100 does not guarantee funding.
- A score of 100 does not guarantee tender eligibility.
- A score of 100 does not guarantee a tender award.
- A score of 100 does not guarantee investment.
- A score of 100 does not guarantee supplier appointment.
4. Decisions remain with the relevant third party
- Funding decisions remain with the relevant funder.
- Tender and procurement decisions remain with the relevant buyer or institution.
- Investment decisions remain with the relevant investor.
